Hi I've install the nightly 20131109 on my galaxy S4 running 4.3
When i play back videos all i get is green garbage for video with the correct sound, log below

This post pointed me in the right direction
Turned off MediaCodec hardware acceleration in Settings -> Video -> Playback (settings must be in at least advanced mode)
All good with just libstagefright, no MediaCodec
