Hi everybody,

I am trying to setup some fanart display and for this I need to know while browsing through an Album View, What is the path to the current selected album.

So for example I wish to hve the value ".../myArtist/myAlbum" returned. That way I can append the "fanart.jpg" string to the above results leading to ".../myArtist/myAlbum/fanart.jpg" and display the fanart saved within the album folder.

How can I retrieve that path while in Album list.

Any help is gretaly appreciated.

If it's library view, then you cannot and should not do that. Simple reason why is that the songs in an album may not be from the same directory on disk.

Use the fanart property available on the container.

oh yes, I didnt thought about the case you mentione, that would lead to non unique album path, ok thanks for the reply
