XBMC Manual Help!

is there anyway of printing out the manual in proper from like you can with pdf documents,i can print it out using the print option of internet explorer but then i get other stuff thats on the screen as well like the background and stuff and i just wanted a plain black and white printout so its easier to read plus then i would have to click on every page to print it by hand,a downloadable pdf or word version would be great if possible. hope someone can help me out,thanks. :o
