I want to display settings information to the user but not allow them to modify the value of the setting in settings.xml.

I know a user can just manually modify the settings.xml with a text editor, but I at least want to prevent accidental changes of those settings in the Settings GUI.

Is there a property that makes a settings.xml text field read-only?
