Hi,

I am using the PVR addon 1.6.11 kindly supplied by nickr.
When I use the arrow keys to change position in a show recorded from TV, then exit and hit the back button, it hangs for a while
The xbmc.log shows:

Hell are you? errrr no guarantees mate! I don't think I have seen that problem.

So I take it you are hoping it will save a bookmark in the mythtv database, but it fails?

Understood.
Guess I could look at turning off bookmarking at the backend, but I believe this is the default behaviour whenever you exit a recording part way
could be an issue with frodo and myth 0.27 and this version of the pvr package

According to the changelog (https://github.com/fetzerch/xbmc-pvr-add...ngelog.txt), looks like bookmarks are broken pre-1.8.13.

You should upgrade, following the instructions here : http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid...pid1442257 works for both Linux and OS X

Thanks for the help!

Followed the instructions, and ended up with pvr.mythtv.cmyth-linux-x86_64.zip
However when I added as zip file, the add on showed it still as 1.6.11
So I uninstalled 1.6.11 and tried to add again, but it still came as 1.6.11 (and still had my settings)

Not sure what I am doing wrong.
