Use Case:
An end user has two different networked PVRs devices that require different addons. The User wishes to have the correct Logical Channel Numbers used from one of backends.
Current operation:
XBMC can't offer network aware LCNs at all, because two different backend addons are used.
Suggested operation:
Where multiple different backends are used, XBMC should offer selection of which addon provides logical channel numbers. Channels from this addon will be given their LCNs. Channels from all other addons will be give channel numbers in a suitable unused number range.
