My question is now that I can change my view settings i notice that not all of my titles are in english is this a scrapper issue or something else ? Again I throw myself at the mercy of the XBMC gurus for thier help.

Titles of what? Items in the XBMC GUI itself or titles of movies and/or TV shows (you'd mentioned scraper)?

Then it's not a skin (Neon) or core XBMC issue. Moving thread to Metadata scrapers forum. Are your movie file titles in English or your native language? Do you have the scraper language set to English or your native language?
