No offense intended here, but I was not requesting an addon to steal or pirate streams. I was asking, as described in my second post, an add on like amazon prime. An addon that I acn enter my information from my paid subscription to keep it with in my HTPC program...... xbmc.

Because you haven't written the addon. Seriously where do you think these addons come from?
If I have helped you or increased your knowledge, click the 'thumbs up' button to give thanks :) (People with less than 20 posts won't see the "thumbs up" button.)

Did you read topic 1.1.6 in forum rules to which I had referred you? It has nothing to do with piracy or stealing.

Guys, one of the best ways to integrate Dish or cable legally into Kodi is through an HD Homerun.
It is technically possible to create an addon that plays most cable website live streams, but the moment someone comes out with one you will see a spike of selling cable ids on e-bay. With the HD Homerun you get all the channels you are subscribed to, not just the ones that have live streams on their websites.

What's required for this solution? One of the HD Homerun devices and the plugin?

Have a look through this forum http://forum.kodi.tv/forumdisplay.php?fid=250

There is both a PVR and an add-on available. Also if you haven't already been there have a look at the SiliconDust website:

I just wanted to bump this since it'd been so long. I currently use the dish anywhere app on my firestick and I was wondering if the solution above was still the best solution to integrate dish anywhere into kodi. I'm in the US and I use kodi on a firestick 3rd and 4th gen. What I'm trying to do is get everything I use for TV/Movies and IPTV inside of kodi so that I'm not having to go back and forth between several different apps. (If that's not really possible it's okay, I just thought I'd ask in case I'd missed something in a different forum.)
