I saw your post here: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=179121 regarding this issue.

It is implied that you only need this ability because there is an issue with one of the add-ons. Could you please explain the symptoms you are experiencing that requires such an action? If there is something that is not being done in pvr.wmc, we'll discuss it further but we need more info. If there is another add-on in play here, please let us know that as well. If opdenkamp says there is an issue, that's something that needs to be addressed right away.
The XBMC team, plug-in devs, skinners, etc. do this for us for FREE in their spare time because they want to. Think about that for a second before you start bitching...

Yes, I want to know the same. I also read the other thread and one of the posters said his timers were getting messed up, but then I looked at his sig and saw he was using a different pvr backend.
Windows Media Center PVR addon (pvr.wmc) and server backend (ServerWMC)

I didn't want to report it as a bug because I can't reproduce it therefore it felt wrong to say any one thing was the problem..

What will happen is every few days (maybe 1 day, maybe 7) the EPG will have the wrong data. It will show "Bones" on at 6pm, but it is not on for 4 more hours. The issue would show up on 1 of the boxes, but not the other. I suspected this is why the systems would also freeze up at random times. So if the system had NOT frozen, I could easily reset PVR DB and everything would be back to normal. If it did freeze, reboot then reset PVR DB and everything was back to normal.

I have 3 xbmcs running OE (3.2.3 at the time) with wmc 1013 and 1012. The serverwmc was 1089. Now I'm running OE 3.2.4 (2 fusion, 1 generic 64) with wmc 1014 (x64) and server 1098. I'm now testing a nightly reboot of the clients and a nightly reboot of the serverwmc task to see if that avoids the freezing and hopefully the EPG data problem. I'm also leaving wmc open on my server so it can get new EPG data from..well...where ever it gets it.
