hi,
would it be possible to skin the status bar?
so instead of seeing [||||||||||||--] when i seek i can replace it with a nice layer effect. (1 pic doesn't change and it an empty status bar, the next on top of it is a pic which gets stretched to show the progress.)
i'm looking into skinning however would like to skin this also.

no, not easily, since it's not a xbmc function, but built-into mplayer.
