Release Sports Illustrated Plugin
#1
Hi, you might want to try out my new Sports Illustrated XBMC Addon. Repo at: http://mirrors.xbmc.org/addons/frodo/plugin.video.si/
Still a work in progress, Brightcove is no fun with rtmp. Will be adding various video resolutions once I figure them out.
Let me know how it works for you. Thanks

Like the Idea. I get "Error Script Failed!: plugin.video.si" when I try to launch it. I hope you can get this plug in working. SI.com has a lot of good content.

Pls enable debugging and send me the xbmc.log file. Does it fail when you are trying to load or when you are in the addon trying to do something?

There is a new version of the Sports Illustrated addon in the official repo: http://mirrors.xbmc.org/addons/frodo/plugin.video.si/
This version (1.4.0) adds rtmp support so 720p (HD) works without buffering.

Hi, I'm trying to use the Sports Illustrated addon version 1.4.0 on XBMC 13.2 (running on a Raspberry PI B-model) - unfortunately I'm sitting behind a proxy and the plugin seems to have a problem with that.
The xbmc.log says something like: "File "/usr/lib/python2.7/socket.py", line 571, in create_connection raise err error: [Errno 101] Network is unreachable"
While other plugins or XBMC features work well with my current XBMC system proxy settings...

Can't help without an error log. Post the log to pastebin or xbmclogs.com and I'll see if I can figure it out.

This addon, (version 3.0.1) has been broken for about a week now. Getting an error message when clicking on any of the categories. Needs a fix whenever you have the time for it. Thank you.

I'm a little too busy to make a log and upload it at the moment. Just trying to bring some attention to this addon that's all. So yea, no issues here, but it's still broke though.

I see the problem. Needs a fairly major rewrite, I'll add it to the queue.
