Short answer: No.
You could MAYBE add a second profile and set scraper to location "de" scrape that in german and see if that works, proefiles can have independant libraries from same sources, but idk how you get around the English titles only in source. SO likely no.

That's a scraper option and once our scraped your bound by what's in the library, so I still think you cant have two searchable working titles in dif languages for same movie. Even if its in the nfo that has to be put in a database to be searchable and goes around again. Anyway I doubt this is possible. But tbh I dont care enough to put any time on it.

Searches only work on lib content iirc right? So you cant have to names on the database?

I've not tryed, but you could maybe add your movies twice by creating simlinks of the movie with differents .nfo files ?
My movie.mkv
My movie.nfo
My movie original title.mkv (simlink -> My movie.mkv)
My movie original title.nfo
I use this method to have the same movie in differents directory (example : movies derivated from TV Shows that i would like to find both in Movies and in TV Shows, like Star Trek Movies)
