I'm attempting to use the TV guide addon on pc #2. I got it running on pc #1 months ago, and need a refresher on how to install it, as this might be the problem. What I did was a manual install - copy/paste the script.tvguide folder into my addons directory. Please let me know if that is incorrect.

When i start XBMC, i get the error - Script Failed - Service.py, and when I attempt to start the addon, i get addon.py error

Don't copy paste addons. You need to install them through .zip or our repository.
Due to server problems you need to wait couple of days to retry.
