I want to transfer the various skin settings I have done on one machine running Aeon Nox 3.6.3 to another so I don't have to go through and manually set it all up. What files, and or folders do I need to copy to do this?

That folder contains all GUI changes, profiles, media sources, thumbnails, playlists, etc.
If it's just skin settings, you only need guisettings.xml. Depending on how much you've done to things, you may need playlists/keymaps/profiles/addon_data.
Easy enough to figure out though. Get the other machine setup and then copy some of the files over. See if everything works. If not, you clearly forgot something.
