Is there anyway to make the subtitle searchscreen smaller?

It would be great if it could just be like a small box in the corner show 2-3 lines so you could watch the show without much interference while its searching.

That's weird request, since usually people like playing paused until they find the right subtitles (default behavior)...

But answering your question, I don't think there is a way that doesn't involve modifying code or skin. Sorry.
