Is there any plugin or way for me to download video content straight from the streaming adult repo such as fantasi.cc or video devil?

Try ****-X's site scrapers (cann't mention the addon here) They cover a few porn sites, and you can download with the addon.
Edit: Just checked and the site scrapers don't cover that. But you can find playlists in that plug-in that cover porn sites and individual scenes, and you can download them.
As far as Video Devil, you can download videos from the one site I tried (X-Hamster) and I assume others. Just right click (or choose the context menu with remote [don't have one, so I don't know how]) and choose save, pick a download location, and enjoy.
That being said, I don't know if such things are supported on this site. I may get a warning for this. Oh well...live and learn.
