A friend of mine told me that December is usually the month when a new release of XBMC comes out and apparently Gotham should be coming out soon.

1. I did a Google search and the only thing I could find on this was release date was still to be determined. Would anyone know if an official release date has been announced?

2. Will Gotham fully support Ouya?

1. No release date has been announced. We haven't even done a beta yet, so expect at least another couple months.

2. It will fully support Android.

Thanks for the info, when you say it will fully support Android, could you elaborate on that? What aspects of Android are not supported in the current version of XBMC?

With current master, nothing as far as I'm aware. With Frodo, hardware decoding was missing IIRC.
