Can you get us a debug log (wiki) of when this happens?

Hi thanks for the help. I follow up the instructions on the link you gave me and i tried to copy to the B drive that i created and when i tried to to copy using the C command there is no option for copying.

Is there another way to get the XBMC.log file?

Maybe using the Console Application? or using the finder to connect to the log folder?

/Users/paulXXXXXX/Library/Logs/xbmc.log

Is there any information i should delete, like your video mentions before i upload it?

Use the XBMC Debug Log addon mentioned in that link. It uploads and shares the log for - it doesn't come easier than that
