What would be the best OS/XBMC version for Cubietruck (Cubieboard 3) with both HDMI and VGA output, SPDIF optical audio and hardware video acceleration?

Today I have heard that it won't be available in future, too because there are problems between the devs. Seems they have political problems If you have further questions related to this please ask on freenode's irc channel #linux-sunxi

Can somebody clarify the status on this, and maybe add some information on the quote below.

I will also ask information about this at linux-sunxi. Any suggestions/comments are welcome, since I personally think it is a really nice platform for Kodi.

Only recommended workaround is still to use libhybris and Android binaries

Better yet don't bother trying to use a Allwinner A10/A20 device for XBMC/Kodi.
Best use such devices for something else and buy better supported device for XBMC/Kodi.
Allwinner A10 and A20 based devices are not nice platforms for XBMC/Kodi.
