Both work fine when I stream directly from said sites
When I use the plugins however I get a buffer around every minute or so
Anybody have any know how to alleviate the issue

Hi,

I don't know how to make the change I am about to suggest, but I would imagine that XBMC isn't caching enough of the programme and you are running into the limit every minute.

I have read on other forums, about their own add-ons, that you can increase in the cache size.
