Hi, Unfortunately as soon as you try to install from Zip the incorrect structure error is returned so unfortunately your post and blog do not appear relevant to the issue?

If you can get me a debug log of the failed install I can take a look and see if I can figure out what the issue is.

Maybe something has changed then? I installed the add-on a good while ago now on Gotham v13.0, and have since updated my OpenElec HTPC to v13.1 and then v13.2 etc.

As a test I just downloaded the v0.0.9 CAM overlay add-on again and tried to install it on Gotham v13.2 on my Windows 7 laptop and it installed fine no problems.
So seems to be working OK for me in this instance.

It should do. It is python. But why don't you try it and report back?

I did try it I just get the icon no cam feed. The URL works in a browser and I can't find the word error in the log I will paste in the log when I get home tonight.

Make sure the URL is getting an image, not a video stream.

struggling to get XBMC to log anything with regards to trying to install the addon, I have now changed the installation from Openelec on a PI to Raspbmc on a PI but error persists, Any thoughts?

I bashed my head against the URL, the ispy links adon't work for my D-Link DCS-2132LB1. Ultimately it was MFKinSINY's post that led me to investigate the video source within the web configuration window and I discovered that it was http://<IPADDRESS>/dms?nowprofileid=1
