How i can put Thumbails Shortcuts like the image below? For example Video Addons.

That picture is of My Menu.

On the main menu customisation screen (settings submenu > customise main menu) if My Menu 1 or 2 aren’t showing, select the button you wish to replace, choose ‘replace menu with’ and then choose my menu 1 or 2.

Once this has been added to the home screen you need to add the items you want to show on my menu to its submenu. This will then show the icons/widgets in the image you have attached.
