kodi updater apk v.2.0.2 installed on fire tv, but the fire tv remote is not working, you have to use an external mouse for clicking the items?

From your previous version, when I installed and tried to refresh to see the available version for download, I got a parse error. Any ideas why it won't let me update through the app and will not show me in the updater app the current version of kodi that's installed?

I am also having this issue. The fire tv remote is not working for me when I run this app. I can see my current installed version, the available version, and two buttons: Refresh, and Install. I do not see the option to pick stable, nightly, or snapshot either. It would be great to see this functioning properly, as it`s a bummer that I cant use the app because the remote won`t work with it.

Update: It seems like the remote is functioning properly, because when I clicked on the settings button on the remote while in the app, it brings up the settings menu within the app so I could choose which type of update I wanted to download -- BUT I cannot actually select anything. Same with the Refresh and Install buttons. I can't choose either one. Seems like there might still be a couple of bugs to work out Smile

This project should probably be renamed to meet the official trademark policy?

http://kodi.wiki/view/Official:Trademark_Policy

You should not use "Kodi" or "XBMC" in the product name, see this section:

http://kodi.wiki/view/Official:Trademark...d_Software

Related Software

XBMC Foundation products are designed to be extended, and we recognize that community members writing add-ons and supplemental software need some way to identify the XBMC Foundation product to which their add-on/software pertain. Our main concern about add-ons and related software is that consumers not be confused as to whether they are official (meaning approved by XBMC Foundation) or not. To address that concern, we request that add-ons and supplemental software names not include, in whole or in part, the words "XBMC Foundation" or "Kodi" in a way that suggests a connection between XBMC Foundation and the add-on or software (e.g., "Frobnicator for Kodi," would be acceptable, but "Kodi Frobnicator" would not).

Recommend you read http://kodi.tv/introducing-kodi-14/ and http://kodi.tv/introducing-the-kodi-logo/ which explain their interest in trademark protection.
