i've put my movies in to sets using sets manager. deleted xbmc library then updated but box sets showing as separate movies. in options show sets is checked have i missed something

I have the same problem, but I use XBMC Eden with the Night skin.
I tried the Gotham beta and there the movies are correctly shown in set.

Can you maybe try Gotham to see if the problem persists?
