OS X DMS - Not Available
#1
Helllo XBMC community!

I just bought a new TV (Grundig) so I checked around the internetz a bit for some tips on how to stream movies from my computer (MacBook Pro) directly to my TV w/o using HDMI. So I read about XBMC and thought it sounded good so I downloaded it and at first it worked as a charm. But after a couple of days it just suddenly turns off.. I can watch about 20-25 min but then i get bluescreen on my TV that says: DMS - not available.

Anyone know how to fix this? I have tried to look in the settings but I can't find anything that I think is relevant, but someone who is more technical mabye know how to fix this...

As I said i have a MacBook Pro, OS X version 10.9.1
The XBMC version is: 12.3

Thanks in advance!

I imagine the error message is from the TV - have you tried to look into what it means from Grundig?
You didn't mention how your computer is connected to the TV.
LibreELEC 10.0.4 * ViMediaManager or TinyMediaManager | Raspberry pi 4b
Sharing media from NAS via NFS (optical out to receiver, HDMI to TV) | TV remote with CEC / Bluetooth keyboard

No but I will check up on that, thanks! My TV is connected via WiFi to my computer.
