wingl stream error on latest version
#1

Hi

Very well done, very excited about this, couple of things I picked up last night (I have been running the previous version of ServerWMC with XBMC with no problems) I installed the update and configured the new Media Browser plugin (the plugin feels everything is ok) Guides sync to both XBMC and Media Browser, but when I start a live stream Media Browser has the black box at the bottom left but it never starts streaming. XBMC gives me a wingl stream error. On media center initially it seems that the mb3 plugin locks up the tuner immediately and after a while MCE just tells you video error. If I shut down ServerWMC MCE returns to normal.

Any ideas?

Let me know if you need the logs from any of these machines - I am going to shutdown MB and see if XBMC returns to normal behaviour

Regards,
Andrew

Hi Andrew,

I've split your post from the new release thread into a separate thread. Things work best if troubleshooting each issue has it's own thread. Also please dont post log output to the thread, upload the whole log to pastebin and post a link here.

From the look of the log snippet, we will need you to upload the WTV file to krusty's google drive so we can analyze it. It is reporting that it cant find any audio streams, although one appears to be there...

scarecrow, my guess is that audio stream is getting filtered out by the new completeness test (isvalid descriptor) I put in (just a guess, until we get his file). I may have made that test too tight, although it passed my test files.

Andrew, I will update the download page and make the old version still available in case you don't have access to it.

Hi Guys,

Sorry for posting the partial log, should have read the rules. Another silly question where do I upload the wtv file?

Tnx
Andrew

andrew, actually this problem is happening for others too. I just uploaded a new serverwmc version (1115) that loosens this audio stream test. Please see if that fixes the problem for you.

Either way though, upload a video here (it would be nice if its just a minute or too long)
