I'm running 12.3 on a Win7 HTPC. Is there any way to have the library default view set to tri-panel so that it doesn't have to be selected in every instance? Even if all other options are disabled in settings, that still leaves list view as default.

I would also like to see an answer to this question. How can we set the default view type. I've seen one post saying to edit the MyVideoNav file and put the view id you want first in the list of ids under tag <view> but this does not work.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
