Bug Tearing image (from time to time)

At the top 5% of the screen, there is a shifted (displaced) video. Dont you know, how to solve it?

video is here (problem at 3th-5th second)

Macmini mid2010 + Maverick
Xbmc 12.3 (problem was also in 13 alpha and 12.2)


Video Settings:
Fullscreen
1920x1080p
Vertical sync - always allow
Mac Mini (2012),  2,3Ghz, i7, 8GB 1600MHz DDR3,  macOS Mojave 10.14.5 Windows 10. Ext HDD 4TB (USB 3.0) ExFAT NTFS, . Kodi 18.3 (compiled 2019-06-28).

solved - downgraded to Snow leopard and everything is OK.
