GPU assisted video decoding in XBMC, like motion compensation, idct, and deblocking?
#76
well, is it possible to use media player classic home theater as a xbmc player? it should be pretty simple and should do the trick, right ?

besides i wanna use my licensed powerdvd8 filters, again, with mpcht. cuz i use it outside xbmc and it plays bluerays at 5...6...7..% cpu use. so that's awsome!

i dunno if it's possible, or "legal" to make mediaplayer a xbmc player or make it external, dunno. you guys the pros figure it out Smile but i think it could be an option. also, isn't kmplayer opensource? it also gives u the option to use powerdvd filters to play dxva and h264 full quality
