[HELP] New HTPC wont boot
#16
I've checked the connections a couple of times. How could I have messed up the front panel connectors?

I think they are connected correctly since it powers up and lights up. There's a HDD LED light connector as well, but my SSD doesnt have light so I cant check. I havent connected the front panel audio header because I dont have a cable for it. Sorry if it's an obvious question, but do I need to connect that, if I'm going to connect my AVR to the HTPC via HDMI only?

The fan is connected correctly as it spins fine. I've also noticed that when I remove the 4-pin 12v CPU power, the fan spins slower. Could that indicate that the CPU is running fine?

I've removed the heatsink and the CPU and all looks good to me.

Which part is likely to be the problem so I can consider buying a new one?

I tested the PSU and it's showing 12v as it's supposed to.

Which part would you guys consider replacing?
