Your database is corrupt (you should find someting in the wiki on how to correct this).

I think there is, but it's in the iOS FAQ. Basically, go into the
userdata folder (wiki) (see the
Mac FAQ (wiki) on how to find it, since OS X will hide your Library folder), and then go into the Database folder and probably just nuke all the files in there. You'll have to set up your library again, though.
