I would wait for the J1850 or J1900 since they're quad cores and shouldn't cost much more. Still passive cooling I think.

How do these CPU compare to the Celeron 1037?
The CPU is slightly faster but the real advantage is they are 10W TDP which means they are fanless unlike the 17W 1037U which has a fan.
