Hi Guys
all of a sudden all my TV Series with 2013 in the filename becomes Season 20. How do I stop/rectify this?

"All of a sudden" suggests there was a change that caused it. What might that be?

I booked "castle.2009.s06e11" into the system. I see also this is now starting to happen with other "20nn" files...

Put 2009 in brackets or emit it from the filename or overrule the regex that matches episode.
You only need the 2009 in the folder to match the show name. Xbmc does not match the show from the filename.

Said episode named "castle.2009.s06e11.avi" scans just fine using the default regexps.

You've modified the default regular expressions by the looks.
