Hello New to the site and xbmc!

I was trying to find assistance in removing an unofficial add on, Video Devil, from my Android box. When trying remove by regular means(Get More, Uninstall) it does not have an uninstall option. Also when I go into files to delete that way, it doesn't even show there, but content can still be accessed. I have had success removing all others but its like Video Devil is a protected plug in. Any suggestions??

you mean you can't go into the add on settings from the UI and click on uninstall?

It means you did not install an official xbmc version but some awkward third party version which stuffed yours full of crap.

Go to the installation folder and find the addons there and remove them. Also known userdata folder.
