Re-enabling "watched / unwatched" flag in Confluence
#1
I have an
Apple TV2 (Software v4.1.1)
Operating System Darwin 10.4.0

I recently updated XBMC to
Frodo v12.3
Confluence v2.1.5 (I don't know if this changed during the upgrade, but this is the version we currently have)

Unfortunately this seems to have disabled the automated watched ticks. The option to turn this feature on/off has also disappeared. That feature was a god-send Sad

How do I re-enable this option? Can I re-enable this option?

Do I need to upgrade/downgrade either XBMC or Confluence? If so, to what version?
Is there a configuration file I can modify? If so which one?

Alternatively, do I now need an addon to reacquire this option?

On further analysis

When I set the contents of a directory that contains a TV show within the scraper option, it fails to record the setting. Implying access to a file or directory is being denied, due to permission changes or non existence.

I upgraded to the latest version of XBMC by uninstalling the old version and installing a fresh copy. Did I do something wrong during this upgrade process?

When I stop watching something half way through and restart it,it never asks if I want to continue from where I stopped it.
