I have tried the library. it's nice when it works right.
But for me there are two many mistakes.
eg two movies with the same title, but picking the wrong one.
picking a title that has nothing to do with the title i have
titles not being added to the library at all.
So My request is for an indexing system.

The library is the indexing system.

If scrapers aren't picking up your content correctly, in 95%+ of cases its due to poorly named or sorted content, or spurious nfo files causing issues. I'm not saying that the scrapers are perfect, but if your content is named and arranged sanely, then it should work pretty flawlessly.

If your not having luck with scraping content, it might be worth starting small with a few titles you think are causing issues and working out what is going wrong.
