I have Arabic live stream super collection in which there is teledunet v1.5 all was working normally till 10 days ago most of the channels such as al jadeed, Otv, MTV or LBC EUROPE just stopped working error message “check the log file for details” Can someone please help me to fix this issue? Are there any updates made?

I have experienced the same issue, but if you go to teledunet.com you would see that they are experiencing the same issue, they list the channels that they publish with their add-on on their main page, so the problem is not residing within your configuration of XBMC.

you can also view detailed information that is not available from within the GUI via the log file made available by XBMC.
The log resides in different locations depending upon which operating system you are using.

Android: data/sdcard/Android>/data/org.xbmc.xbmc/cache/temp/xbmc.log
iOS/ATV2: /private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/xbmc.log
Linux: $HOME/.xbmc/temp/xbmc.log
Mac OS X: /Users/<username>/Library/Logs/xbmc.log
Windows: %APPDATA%\XBMC\xbmc.log


Here is a sample taken from my log as I attempted to access the Baraem TV channel

As you can see the issue is not with XBMC, it is rather with teledunet.com or the sources they are using
