Hi I have the new iMac 27" and atv3 I have mirrored the image to my tv and I can't get any sound? Yet when I go onto vlc and play a video I get sound? I also have xbmc on my iPads as we'll and when mirroring and playing the sound works? Really confusing my sound output on my mac is set to Apple TV ?

Any help would be much appreciated cheers jon

I've done it for anyone who is having this problem I went to settings, system, audio output then audio output device I clicked till it says airplay
