I just installed XBMC and also Aeon Nox. In my menu to the left for views, BD/DVD cases view option does not show as an option. Do I need to do anything for it to be listed in the menu?

Depends on the view and the media. I know for a fact it shows in Showcase for movies.

I'm in showcase and I'm using MKV blu ray rips. Still no option for BD/DVD cases.
