no add-ons button in xbmc 3.3

hi all, new to the site.......
was kind of wondering, if anyone could tell me why i dont have an add-ons function/button after ftping xbmc 3.3 to my xbox.
Any help would be really gratefull(maybe i can install the function manually??)
