I have a collection of like 500 movies. The latest I tried was a rip of Man of Steel into an ISO. I can play it on WMC and it plays in 1080P however If I try to play it through XBMC it only plays it in 480. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

is it noticeably playing in 480? or is xbmc just labeling it as 480. it may be that the skin/xbmc cannot determine the resolution of your iso files.

Play the file, press O on your keyboard and then print-screen to take a screenshot.
What size is reported in the on-screen display ?

Alternatively create a debug log (wiki) playing it and upload it to xbmclogs.com.

I've seen XBMC not recognise the resolution of some files correctly, pressing O will tell you a lot more detail.
