Solved d3dx9_43.dll problems XBMC will not run!
#1
Hi guys, I recently upgraded my HTPC and I am trying to get XBMC running again, never had such an issue....

As soon as I click xbmc, this error occurs:

I'm running windows 7 32bit. I have updated my graphics drivers 3 times, installed directx 3 times, restarted my computer a few times, reinstalled xbmc etc etc

I'm not sure what to do now, I'm running out of ideas, any assistance would greatly be appreciated.

Says I already have a more recent version and it didn't install, I did try re installing it several times.

I just noticed that windows has a few updates to do, I'll try doing them and see how it is after perhaps.

cpu/mobo/hdd

Did a full reinstall so I really don't expect there to be errors.

Well I just fixed it!

I downloaded something from DLL-Files.com and it gave me 1 dll file fix, I did a search for the file and it downloaded it and fixed it. =/

I thought it was going to be some sort of spyware/malware. Seemed to work.

Thanks for having a look at my posts. Smile
