I have four videos in a dir on my nas which I have linked to XBMC but for some reason it is only showing up two of the video files in the specific directory and not the other two that are part of the same show and same season.

Maybe you could provide some details. File structure, file names, that sort of thing. Did you update your library after adding the files?

Yes added them and updated the library manually and via a plugin and nothing. The video files conform and directory structure exactly to what is listed on the wiki. Similar problem with the latest tv shows not displaying under recently added even though I made the new file changes are required from the wiki so it orders them different. Movies are fine just not tv shows. TV shows seem to be a huge issue in Frodo.

Can you get us a debug log of when you do a library scan?

You can make easy links to the XBMC wiki using double brackets around words: [[debug log]] = debug log, [[Add-on:YouTube]] = Add-on:YouTube, [[Adding videos to the library]] = Adding videos to the library, [[userdata]] = userdata, etc
