Spotlight error - timed out

OK. I will think about adding some categories for starred tracks in the next release.

How many starred tracks do you have? Perhaps, it is some kind of timeout issue because fetching them takes too long.

The next version of Spotlight (1.1.0) has been released. Changes:

New Inbox option, showing sent Playlists, Artists, Albums and Tracks from other users
Playlist folders support. They are marked in bold in the Playlists menu
Several fixes to make Spotlight work on BoxeeBox
Spotify session is created lazily: if client add-on is accessed for the first time. This will prevent from crashing Spotimc if Spotlight was not accessed yet.
Added StartSession, StopSession and HasActiveSession commands to control Spotify session from outside of Spotlight

Goto the lyric plugins options,
tTurn off theese two things.

Yes saw this error too on OE 3.95.2 x64.

Do you know if this error occurs only on 1.1.0 or also on previous versions of Spotlight?

I checked on the latest XBMC 13 nightly build (13.0-BETA3 Git:20140324) and cannot reproduce. Could you please include or link xbmc logs.
Is it Windows or Linux or Mac?

I can't spot any exception in logs. Did you send these logs after seeing the error? Is this error happening always when you access plugin or in some particular cases?

the addon is great but crashes on skins that automatically load CU-Lyrics addon - MQ5 etc
disabling CU lyrics solves the problem and everything runs as expected
Don't see problem listed anywhere is this an issue with spotify API or is there a workaround?
