I have a HTPC set up to share content using SMB. However the computer that is trying to stream the content buffers a lot.
I am not sure if it's because the computer is a old Windows XP or maybe it's because I am trying to do it wirelessly. I always heard it's best to have it wired.
My main HTPC that is sharing the content has a high power 68dbi wifi antenna. It gets a signal of 96-100% all the time. My router is the common linksys router.
