I use 3 monitors, with frodo it would always remember the monitor it previously used? is there a new setting I am missing to make this behavior continue with gotham?

windows , ive gotten used to the behavior but its still weird, I have since even attempted to use displayfusion(already had it on steam just wasnt installed). It seems like its window opening management doesnt work to create the old behavior either. I will keep fiddling with it
