TVHEADEND TVH addon
UPDATE: Turning on asynchronous transfer helped loads. Much faster even with a 7 day guide on a raspberry pi. Only problem now is, Some channels are extremely slow to turn over where as others are 1-2 seconds. But until i can confirm it aint another problem i`ll leave it for the time being.
@Ayla can you try again (disable Live TV and the addon respectively a few times etc.), it looks like an XBMC bug or something, I have no idea why the addon wouldn't even load. If not it could be a Mac specific issue with the addon or something.

@stuCONNERS: good to hear. I doubt channel switch times are related to the addon, you'll have to post debug logs if you have issues with it.
Could someone with Gotham try the latest version and report back whether they're having the same problems as Ayla? I don't have Gotham nor a Mac at the moment.
anyone know how to restart to tvheadend back to default settings so i can look into this.
@stuCONNERS. remove (make a backup first) /home/hts/.hts folder.
Im running the latest git version, But dont have a mac. Has tvheadend started? You can confirm this by logging into it from your web-browser, You should be able to view the streams from vlc.

@negge I have tried that, the problem is that disabling Live TV crashes XBMC (I'm using a clean 13.2 RC1 install).

And, it's not a problem with my Tvheadend, as I mentioned, the pvr.hts addon works just fine, only the new pvr.tvh doesn't work.

PS. only thing in the debug log that seems interesting to me is this:
Code:
13:11:27 T:140735115490064    INFO: Loading skin file: MyPVR.xml, load type: LOAD_EVERY_TIME
13:11:27 T:140735115490064 WARNING: Trying to add unsupported control type 1
13:11:27 T:4585189376 WARNING: Previous line repeats 7 times.
13:11:27 T:4585189376   DEBUG: CPVRDirectory::GetDirectory(pvr://recordings/-1)
13:11:27 T:4585189376   ERROR: GetDirectory - Error getting pvr://recordings/-1/
maybe its compiled wrong? Have you tried the older version 0.8.2 or something like that. Where did you get the addon from?

I get no errors when compiling (only warnings).

This is the ls of the compiled pvr.tvh addon, does it look ok, structure and size wise?

Code:
ls -la addons/.build/pvr.tvh

PS. after compiling I do "make zip" and install from zip file in XBMC.
I cant answer that. Someone else compiled it for me. Are there any mac addons in this thread?

Works under Gotham 13.1 for me on Ubuntu 14.04 64bit. Only issue I had was it wouldn't install from zip. 'Dependencies not met'. This appears to have been the bump from xbmc.pvr version 1.9.0 to 1.9.1 on 15th July. Guess that was for Helix? Anyway, unzipped into add-ons directory, altered the xml to 1.9.0 and restarted XBMC. Running fine so far.

Compiled from https://github.com/adamsutton/xbmc-pvr-addons master branch.

Sadly, can't test on a Mac Sad

I think he wanted you to test the Gotham branch and it won't have the addon version bump.
Ha, yeah !!

Anyway's, just built gotham branch and that installs fine for me and enables correctly.

Possibly its a mac thing ? I can only test on Linux 64 bit, 32 bit and a Pi.
