Just try to run it and see what happens. You can try fiddling with the code a bit and see what happens, if you're up for it.

No, this is Helix only for now. I'll update the Gotham branch too, just haven't done it yet.

Unless you mean the file structure is wrong in one of the ZIPs?

i tried version 0.9.4 and 0.9.5, both zip file structures are wrong
