I have an issue playing back h.264 video using VAAPI acceleration.

OS: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
Build: XBMC 14.0-ALPHA1 Git:00ea74f (Compiled: Mar 26 2014)
Graphics: Integrated Intel HD, kernel driver i915

Upon every scene change, the video appears normal. However over time it starts to pixelate until the next scene change, where the video snaps back to normal. A couple screen shots:
Turning off VAAPI acceleration fixes the problem.
The interesting thing is, if I play a video with the level 3.0 (Main Profile) format it works fine:
