I thought I would resurrect my now superseded WDTvLive and connect it to our old TV in the bedroom. All connects ok, and able to access the internet... but I can't seem to browse my media collection.

Are you trying to play uPNP content from XBMC via you WDTVLive?
Otherwise i cant work out where XBMC comes into your problem?

Hi. I have had the same problem with using WDTV Live to access video and music from XBMC. If I go to the files menu on WDTV Live then I can see all the content and play files. However, if I select Video or Music and set XBMC as the source. WDTV Live reports no media found.

I had the same problem with 12.0, and 12.3 . I haven't tried Gotham on my main XBMC yet. There have also been several updates of WDTV firmware since I first go the box.

I have not found an explanation for why this happening. I realize strictly speaking this is likely a WDTV Live issue.
